• We do accept Visa, MasterCard, and various Indian net banking options.
• We need guest full residential address and an active contact telephone number.
• We do not host unmarried Indian couples with one or both having local IDs. We apologize for this policy.
• Our rooms are non-smoking rooms so guest can smoke in balcony or on terrace or in outside lounge.
• Rates are quoted in INR and are exclusive of taxes applicable.
• Check-in time is from 12:00 noon, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, please book your reservation starting from the previous night.
• Please note that children aged 8 years and older are charged Rs 400. For children under 8 years old sharing with adults, the stay is complimentary with existing bedding.
• It is unlikely that we will change or cancel your booking once it is confirmed. However, if changes are necessary, we will inform you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to make insignificant changes and to correct errors in your booking details at any time without liability.
• Please carry a printout of your booking confirmation email at the time of check-in.
• The right of admission is reserved. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city. This policy also applies if incorrect information is provided in the reservation form (e.g., incorrect country).
• You agree to make reservations in good faith solely for your use and that of your invited guests. Reservations must not be made for purposes such as resale, unauthorized assignment, posting on third-party websites, speculative, false, or fraudulent purposes, or in anticipation of demand.
• For your own protection, you and all members of your party must have appropriate insurance covering the entire duration of your holiday. This includes coverage for cancellation costs and assistance in case of accidents or illness.
• According to government regulations, we cannot check in any foreign guests without a valid passport and travel visa. All Indian guests must present one of the following: Passport copy, valid driving license, Voter ID card, or Aadhar Card. PAN Card is not accepted as proof of identity as per the latest government rules.
• Neetu's Home Stay does not accept liability for any loss or damage, including but not limited to death, injury, illness, or any other circumstances. This includes losses caused by unforeseeable events beyond our control, where the consequences could not have been prevented despite exercising due care. We also do not accept liability for any failure to comply with these conditions if such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Booking Policy:

All reservations need to be guaranteed with credit card details. We will not charge your credit card. A one-rupee transaction will be conducted to verify the authenticity of your card, which will be refunded immediately. This transaction will reflect in your bank statement.

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation charges will be applied until 1 day prior to the check-in date.
• Cancellation done on the check in date will be charged equivalent to 100% of the total booking amount
• In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation communication, the full booking amount will be charged. Rooms reserved under guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 AM the day after the scheduled arrival date, after which they will be considered a no-show.
• If you need to change your dates, the existing booking must be canceled as per the cancellation policy. Room reservations for new dates will be subject to availability.
